Founded in 2007, CtrlS Datacenters operates 19 data centers across nine Indian markets, with more than 370 MW of capacity and a reported 4.4 GW project pipeline at various stages of execution. NTT Global Data Centers India
NTT Global Data Centers is one of India’s largest data center operators, with a rapidly expanding footprint across major digital markets including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida and Kolkata. The company operates more than 18 major data centers in India, with total capacity exceeding 340 MW, and is targeting further expansion toward 30 facilities.
In June 2024, NTT opened its first data center located in the Delhi NCR. Currently, NTT DATA has committed USD 1.5 billion over three years from mid-2026 to expand its AI-ready data center infrastructure in India and add approximately 400 MW of capacity. The investment is focused on supporting hyperscale cloud, AI, and high-density computing requirements.
Bengaluru is a major growth market for NTT. Its Bengaluru 4 (BLR4) campus at Prestige Tech Cloud near Kempegowda International Airport is designed as a 100 MW facility campus. The first phase, BLR4A, has gone live with 22.4 MW of critical IT load.
NTT is also developing a major 400 MW AI data center cluster in Hyderabad in partnership with Neysa Networks and the Telangana government.
