One flat monthly fee per team member, set by role and seniority — typically 40–60% below the fully loaded cost of an equivalent local hire. The fee covers salary, statutory benefits, equipment, management and QC. No setup fees, no surprise pass-throughs.
Will the team work in my time zone? +
Yes. Our teams primarily operate from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, with regular meetings scheduled to suit your preferred time zone. We can also adjust working hours to ensure at least 50% overlap with your business day for seamless collaboration. For clients requiring support during US business hours, we can set up dedicated US shift teams to provide real-time collaboration and operational continuity. Team schedules can be tailored based on your engagement and project requirements.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
Engagements start with a paid pilot, then run month to month. You can scale up in days or scale down with 30 days’ notice — we keep bench cover and documented SOPs so transitions never stall your work.
