Arenso Oy's Operative Management Acquires Company's Offshore Wind Business Division in Finland
Part of Arenso Oy's operative management has purchased the company's offshore wind business and brand in a transaction that transfers key assets and expertise to the acquiring management team.
Transaction Details
The acquisition includes Arenso's offshore team, along with foundation technology and bird radar know-how. Research permits related to offshore wind projects in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) are also part of the transaction.
Following the purchase, the company will continue operating under the same Arenso name.

Arenso was founded in the demerger of Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in the autumn of 2024. The company brings over twenty-five years of experience in developing, constructing, and operating wind energy projects to its operations.

The transaction represents a management buyout structure where existing operational leadership has taken ownership of the offshore wind business segment while maintaining the established Arenso brand and continuing existing project commitments.
