Ahead of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, Erisha E Mobility Private Limited has signed a USD 828 million Memorandum of Understanding with the Gujarat government to develop a green hydrogen production facility and an electric vehicle park. The company will deploy 100 EV charging hubs across Gujarat.

Erisha E Mobility will invest around USD 600 million to develop an ecosystem for green hydrogen production using renewable energy resources. The production facility is expected to generate 4,000 employment opportunities.

The state-of-the-art EV park will cover an area of 320 acres. Erisha E Mobility will invest around USD 180 million in this project. It is anticipated that the EV Park will serve as a hub for the production of electric vehicles, research, technology providers, and ancillary units, thereby encouraging the expansion of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Gujarat and India. The EV Park is expected to generate 5,000 employment opportunities.

The company will invest around USD 48 million to establish a robust EV charging infrastructure. Erisha E-Mobility has signed similar MoUs with the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand governments, with a combined investment of USD 756 million. With this collaboration, Erisha E Mobility’s cumulative investment across such initiatives reached a staggering USD 1.5 billion.
