Worley has been selected by Petro Rabigh to provide engineering and project management services supporting future refining and petrochemicals projects at its integrated complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, the company announced on October 28, 2026.

Worley to provide engineering support for Petro Rabigh

Under the agreement, Worley will deliver engineering, project management, procurement support, and related consultancy services for projects across Petro Rabigh's portfolio.

The scope includes developing design basis scopes, conducting technical evaluations, preparing cost estimates, supporting front-end engineering design (FEED) bid packages, and providing detailed engineering and execution-phase support as projects progress through development and delivery.

Scope spans potential new facilities and infrastructure

The services will support the evaluation and development of potential new facilities and infrastructure across the complex, including process units, utilities, sulfur recovery facilities, and associated infrastructure.

According to Worley, the work will help Petro Rabigh advance future projects aimed at enhancing the long-term value and performance of its refining and petrochemicals operations.

Worley will provide integrated engineering and project management services, drawing on capabilities from Saudi Arabia and its global network to support project requirements as they progress through study, design, and execution phases.

Continuation of a relationship dating to 2017

Worley stated that it has supported Petro Rabigh since 2017 and looks forward to continuing its contribution to the development of one of the region's leading refining and petrochemical complexes.
