The partnership follows a front-end engineering design (FEED) and EPC convertible contract recently awarded by Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power.

The Yanbu project is scheduled to begin commercial operations in 2030. Once operational, the facility will produce 400,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually and 2.8 million tonnes of green ammonia per year. The project will utilize wind and solar power as its energy sources for production.
