Rimac Energy Opens BESS Manufacturing Facility in UK

Rimac Energy has opened a new battery energy storage factory situated in  Oxfordshire, UK. The BESS factory will cover an area of 1850 square meters. Furthermore, the facility will manufacture the company’s next-generation BESS and will generate more than 70 high-skilled jobs for engineers, technicians, and researchers in the UK tech industry and the Oxfordshire region. 

Wasim Sarwar Dilov, Rimac Energy's director, said, “The UK has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint here. We’re proud to strengthen the Croatia-UK partnership.” This project will bolster collaboration between the UK and Croatia. Furthermore, Rimac will be able to develop battery energy storage projects in the UK.
