On October 23, 2026, the Board of Directors of PSK officially resolved to execute a new facility investment totaling approximately USD 135.75 million based on an exchange rate of 1,326 KRW per USD.

The investment, disclosed in a filing with Korea's DART regulatory system, is directed toward the establishment of the company's Yongin Campus, including the acquisition of land. The project will be carried out over a period running from October 23, 2026, to May 31, 2028, with the latter date marking the expected completion.

Filing Details and Financial Context

According to the filing, the investment amount of USD 135.75 million is stated, excluding VAT. The company's equity capital, cited as a reference figure, stands at roughly USD 406.44 million, meaning the investment represents 33.39% of equity capital.

The equity capital figure is based on PSK's consolidated financial statements for the 7th period as of December 31, 2025, prepared in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS).

The investment will be located in the Semiconductor Cluster General Industrial Complex in Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. The board resolution was passed on October 23, 2026, with both outside directors present, two in attendance and none absent, and the auditor also present.

Funding Strategy

PSK stated in the filing that approximately 80% of the total investment will be financed through external borrowings, subject to the company's future financial planning.
