CyrusOne has completed the construction of the MAD1 data center facility in Madrid, Spain. MAD1 is situated on a five-acre site in Alcobendas, which the company acquired in 2021. Apart from this, MAD1 is the first data center facility constructed by the company in Spain. The Construction began in October 2022. The two-storeyed data center facility covers an area of 6,000 square meters and has an IT capacity of 18 MW.
