The facility will span approximately 22,700 square meters, or 244,730 square feet, and will house five colocation data halls alongside administrative space.

The project is designed to support a total power capacity of 48 megawatts. The scope of work is comprehensive in nature. Skanska's delivery obligations cover civil, structural, utilities, electrical, mechanical, security, and interior amenity work, as well as full fit-out of the facility. The contract also includes the commissioning of major equipment through project completion.
