Technical Specifications and Features

The HCP 500 utilizes Ariel Corporation's KBH compressor and delivers a high mass flow of over 250 kg/h, making it an ideal solution for trailer filling facilities and heavy-duty refueling stations. This capacity ensures unmatched operational experiences for both stationary and intermittent operating conditions.

With a high degree of standardization, the HCP 500 is optimized for the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO). The compressor package features HOERBIGER's leading components, including CP valves and sealing elements that guarantee high durability and availability.

The system incorporates the Electric Stepless Capacity Control System – eHydroCOM, which offers unique controllability of the compressor flow rates in terms of efficiency and precision. The eHydroCOM allows a large operating window of the compressor, ensuring perfect alignment with the requirements of the electrolysers and the attached trailer filling application.
