Full Circle Wind Services Secures Five-Year O&M Contract With European Energy for Pendine Wind Farm.
Full Circle Wind Services, an independent multi-brand provider specializing in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of wind turbines, has signed a five-year operations and maintenance contract with European Energy (Renewable Energy Company) to manage six Enercon E-48 turbines at the Pendine Wind Farm in South Wales, the company announced on April 22, 2026.
Contract Scope and Services
The agreement covers the full operational lifecycle of the 4.8 MW site, with Full Circle providing comprehensive O&M support that includes blade and major component work, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and round-the-clock remote monitoring delivered on a 24/7/365 basis.
The contract is already underway, with Full Circle's existing regional service team taking responsibility for the site. That team already maintains other turbines in the surrounding area, giving the company an established operational footprint in the region.
European Energy, described as an international renewable energy developer with a growing portfolio of wind and solar projects, selected Full Circle based on several factors identified during the tender process.
According to the announcement, Full Circle's experience with Enercon turbines, its SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) expertise, and its professional approach during the procurement process were cited as the decisive elements in the award of the contract.

Site Characteristics and Grid Infrastructure
Pendine Wind Farm is situated alongside Parc Cynog wind and solar farm in South Wales. The two sites share the same grid infrastructure, an arrangement that allows wind and solar generation to complement each other across the shared connection.
The co-location of wind and solar assets on a shared grid is a feature that European Energy has incorporated into the broader Parc Cynog development.
The Pendine site comprises six Enercon E-48 turbines delivering a combined installed capacity of 4.8 MW. Full Circle's regional service team, already active in the area looking after other turbines, will extend its coverage to include the Pendine assets under the new arrangement.

Community Contributions and Educational Outreach
Beyond its energy generation role, the Pendine Wind Farm is connected to a community benefit program through the Parc Cynog Fund. Established in 2011, the fund provides grants directed at social, economic, and environmental projects in the communities surrounding the site.
The wind farm also hosts educational visits for local schools, with the aim of raising awareness of renewable energy among younger generations.
Executives Comment on the Partnership
Mark Evans, Vice President and Regional Manager for the UK and Ireland at European Energy, said reliable operations and maintenance are essential to sustaining performance across the portfolio. "With Full Circle's technical expertise and regional presence, Pendine Wind Farm is well positioned for consistent and efficient operation," Evans said.
Phil Goleby, Chief Executive Officer of Full Circle Wind Services, said the company was proud to support European Energy at the site. "Drawing on our experience with Enercon turbines and our established regional team, Full Circle is well-positioned to deliver dependable maintenance and maximize long-term asset performance," Goleby said.
He added that it was particularly rewarding to partner with a client equally committed to supporting local communities while contributing to the transition to renewable energy.
Company Background
Full Circle Wind Services operates as an independent wind turbine maintenance provider. The Pendine contract adds to its existing portfolio of turbines under service in South Wales, reinforcing what the company described as its regional service capability in that part of the country.
The five-year term of the agreement places the contract among the longer-duration O&M arrangements in the independent service provider segment of the UK onshore wind market.
European Energy's UK and Ireland operations, overseen by Evans, span a portfolio that includes both wind and solar developments, consistent with the company's broader international profile as a renewable energy developer active across multiple generation technologies.
