Elogen and Rockfin Sign Partnership Agreement to Accelerate Green Hydrogen Development in Central Europe
Elogen, a GTT Group company and technological expert in green hydrogen, and Rockfin, a Polish engineering company specializing in energy and industrial systems, announced on October 22, 2025, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate the deployment of green hydrogen production systems.
Partnership Structure and Technology Integration
Under the strategic partnership agreement, Elogen will supply its Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology, including both its electrolyzer stacks and its modular Modulyser design. Rockfin will handle local integration in Poland, Balance of Plant assembly, and the delivery of turnkey hydrogen solutions across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
The collaboration includes provisions for Elogen to supply stacks that will be integrated into electrolyzers designed and marketed by Rockfin under its own brand, HyVentive. The Balance of Plant refers to the set of auxiliary equipment supporting the electrolyzer, excluding the stacks.
Market Focus and Solution Offerings
Together, the two companies will offer competitive, modular solutions with local support, addressing the needs of the industrial, energy, and mobility sectors. The partnership aims to provide customers with efficient, scalable hydrogen production solutions supported locally, ranging from individual stacks to complete Modulyser systems.
The collaboration is designed to deliver flexible and competitive hydrogen solutions, providing the industry with robust, safe, and efficient pathways to decarbonization.
