Pecos Data Center Campus

Delta Forge 2 AI Factory Campus
Applied Digital signed a 15-year take-or-pay lease with an unnamed US investment-grade hyperscaler for its fifth AI Factory campus, Delta Forge 2, delivering 210 MW of critical IT load with base contracted revenue of ~USD 5.2 billion (~USD 12.7 billion including renewals over 30 years).
The company concurrently secured a USD 550 million Goldman Sachs revolving credit facility and launched a USD 1.59 billion senior secured notes offering. Initial operations are targeted for Q1 2028, bringing Applied Digital's total contracted portfolio to ~USD 36 billion / 1.4 GW.
Astra Enterprise Park

Segro Acquisition Proposal
Prologis initiated a comprehensive all-share acquisition bid for Segro, a prominent UK and European industrial and data center REIT, on June 16, 2026. India Expansion Program
AirTrunk committed more than USD 30 billion to build over 5 GW of AI data center capacity across India by 2030, signing a letter of intent on June 1 for a ~INR 2 trillion (USD 21 billion) / 3 GW campus at the Raigad Pen Growth Centre, Maharashtra. The existing pipeline of ~600 MW spans Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad. PM Modi confirmed the investment signals India's ambition to become a global AI and cloud hub.
Jamnagar AI Data Center
Meta and Reliance Industries announced India's first hyperscaler built-to-suit AI data center, a 168 MW facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Riyadh Data Center
