Trianel and BMR Energy Solutions Partner to Develop 100 MW Wind Portfolio in Germany

Trianel has signed a cooperation agreement with BMR Energy Solutions to jointly develop wind energy projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The partnership will focus on developing, building and operating four wind projects with a combined capacity of around 100 MW.

Partnership Structure and Responsibilities

Under the cooperation agreement, the two companies have divided responsibilities for the wind energy projects. BMR Energy Solutions will focus on project development and implementation activities. Trianel will handle financing, turbine procurement and operations for the joint ventures.

The collaboration represents a strategic alliance between the two energy companies to expand wind power generation capacity in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

First Joint Project Details

The partners have identified their first joint project as the Erkelenz wind farm. This initial development is planned to include seven turbines in the 7 MW class, indicating significant power generation capacity for the facility.
