Partnership Details

The partnership includes several ecosystem partners, such as Bouygues, EDF, Ecole Polytechnique, RTE, and Sipartech. The joint venture signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Eric Lombard, French Minister of Economy, Finance, and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, and His Excellency Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority and member of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council

Background

This strategic initiative builds on broader AI cooperation agreements supported by UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and French President Emmanuel Macron at the AI Action Summit in February 2025. The Choose France Summit, held in Versailles, served as the occasion for the announcement.
