Hamburg-based wind turbine manufacturer Nordex Group has announced new orders totalling 175 MW in France, Portugal and Spain.
New Contracts for Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Announced
The contracts, disclosed in a corporate announcement on 30 September 2026, cover the supply and installation of 34 wind turbines. Each order includes comprehensive multi-year service agreements, which the company says are designed to ensure high technical availability and long-term energy production.
The names of the customers and the wind farms involved have not been disclosed.
Turbine mix reflects varied site conditions
The 34 turbines span five models from the Nordex portfolio. The orders include eight N175/6.X turbines, four N163/6.X turbines, four N149/4.X turbines, nine N133/4.8 turbines, and nine N131/3.6 turbines.
According to the company, the turbine configurations selected for the projects reflect the diversity of wind conditions and permit processes found across the three countries.
