Navaris, the recently rebranded German renewables platform formerly known as Qualitas Energy's German operations, has secured 304.5MW of capacity across 11 onshore wind projects in the latest auction conducted by the German Federal Network Agency, the Bundesnetzagentur.

Full Bid Success in Oversubscribed Round

The company confirmed it received awards for 100% of its submitted bids, covering 46 wind turbines and representing more than 12% of the total volume awarded in the tender round. Navaris described the tender as significantly oversubscribed, a characterization supported by the agency's published figures.

The Bundesnetzagentur awarded 237 bids representing 2,523 MW from a total of 461 submitted bids, which collectively amounted to approximately 5,250 MW. That means fewer than half of all submitted bids received an award in the round, underlining the competitive nature of the process and making Navaris's clean sweep across its submitted projects a notable outcome.

The 11 projects, once operational, are expected to generate enough renewable electricity to supply approximately 200,000 households, according to the company.

A First Major Test Under the Navaris Brand

The tender results arrive shortly after Qualitas Energy completed the rebranding of its German platform as Navaris, a move that brought together more than 200 renewable energy professionals under a brand described as focused exclusively on the German market. The tender outcome represents one of the first significant commercial milestones for the company operating under its new identity.

Johannes Overbeck, chief executive of Navaris, said the result validated both the quality of its portfolio and the capability of its development teams.

"This success demonstrates the scale and maturity of our platform and provides further momentum as we begin the next chapter of our journey under the Navaris name."

The company currently manages 1.3GW of renewable energy assets in operation or under construction across Germany, alongside more than 3GW of projects in advanced development.
