Platform_, a build-to-rent developer, has chosen Graham to oversee the completion of its GBP 100 million project on Clyde's banks.

Nearly 500 apartments will be available for rent after the project is done, which will be divided across four blocks with heights ranging from six to twenty stories. The development, designed by Glasgow-based architects Keppie, is part of a larger concept for the Clydeside Central Quay region. Graham has begun enabling work on the project, which has been delayed and is now expected to be completed in 2023.
