GE Vernova (an energy equipment manufacturing and services company) has signed an agreement with Enfinity Global to supply 43 of its 3.8 MW–154m onshore wind turbines for the Fatehgarh Wind Farm in Rajasthan, India, the company announced on August 4, 2026.
The 163.4 MW deal includes turbine supply and installation, with deliveries expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The order was booked in the second quarter of 2026.
Details of the Fatehgarh Agreement
The contract calls for GE Vernova to deploy 43 units of its 3.8 MW–154m turbine model at the Fatehgarh Wind Farm, a project developed by Enfinity Global in the western Indian state of Rajasthan.
The turbines will be manufactured at GE Vernova's facility in Pune, which the company describes as a cornerstone of its "Make in India" strategy, with an annual production capacity of up to 1,500 MW. In addition to the Pune manufacturing plant, GE Vernova's Indian operations include a technology center in Bengaluru and a blade plant in Vadodara.
Deepak Maloo, General Manager of GE Vernova's Onshore Wind business in India, said the 3.8 MW–154m turbine is designed to deliver efficiency, reliability, and strong performance suited to India's wind conditions.
He noted that the turbines carry ALMM certification and are produced locally, positioning the company to support customers working toward India's broader renewable energy goals.
