The MoU was signed on November 10, 2025, on the sidelines of the ADIPEC 2025 International Oil & Gas Conference held in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Ms. Vartika Shukla, Chairman and Managing Director of EIL, and Eng. Ahmed Al Dhaheri, CEO of NMDC Energy.
