DC BLOX has acquired 72 acres of land in Conyers, Georgia, for a new hyper-scale data center campus. The campus will cover an area of 750,000 square feet with an IT load capacity of 216 MW.

The project's initial phase will cover an area of 160,000 square feet,which  will have a hyperscale client. The first phase of the project will be operational by the fourth quarter of 2025.

Additionally, DC BLOX intends to construct a dark fibre ring encircling the Atlanta metropolitan area. The ring will furnish campus tenants with substantial additional fibre capacity and establish a dependable link to the DC BLOX dark fibre route, which runs from Atlanta to its cable landing station in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, thereby facilitating worldwide connectivity alternatives. The Atlanta market is witnessing a significant rise in data center consumption and pre-leasing activity, driven largely by data center facility expansions.
