DayOne Data Centers Limited, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, announced on 21 October 2026 that it will support the NVIDIA DSX POD, a new reference design that accelerates infrastructure deployment, through its proprietary integrated delivery model.

A New Reference Design for AI-Era Deployment

DayOne is joining the NVIDIA DSX POD ecosystem to accelerate the delivery of AI infrastructure at scale and is working with NVIDIA to support the delivery of DSX POD to customers when available.

The announcement builds on DayOne's strategy of accelerating data center deployment through standardized design, integrated delivery, and modular infrastructure solutions that can be deployed consistently across markets. According to the company, its modular platforms enable AI-ready data center capacity to be deployed faster and more consistently at a global scale.

Leadership Perspectives on the Collaboration

Jamie Khoo, Chief Executive Officer of DayOne, emphasized the role of prefabrication in meeting the demands of the AI era. "Prefabrication and modularization are key to delivering infrastructure at the pace required by the AI era. We are proud to be part of NVIDIA's ecosystem supporting the next generation of AI infrastructure through NVIDIA DSX POD," Khoo said.

"As the only gigawatt-scale data center operator supporting DSX POD, we work closely with NVIDIA in the development of our modular data center platforms. This collaboration helps ensure our infrastructure remains ready for current and future generations of GPU technologies, allowing us to deliver AI capacity at speed and scale, with the consistency and quality our customers trust."

On the NVIDIA side, Charlie Boyle, Vice President of DGX Systems, framed the reference design as a response to surging demand for accelerated computing. "Meeting growing demand for accelerated computing requires integrated infrastructure solutions, and the NVIDIA DSX POD reference design helps align compute, power and cooling for faster deployment," Boyle said.

"DayOne's support for this reference design, combined with its modular infrastructure and integrated delivery capabilities, can help customers bring capacity online sooner and shorten the time to first token."

Execution as the Critical Differentiator

As demand for AI infrastructure continues to grow and deployments become larger and more complex, DayOne positions execution as the critical differentiator. Customers are seeking partners that can deploy the power, cooling, and space required at speed, while maintaining consistent technical standards. The company argues that in this environment, its standardized approach to data center development sets it apart.

That approach includes the modular prefabrication of power, cooling, and base build systems. By bringing certain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure work into controlled factory environments, DayOne says the approach shortens development timelines and enables consistent large-scale execution across the markets in which it operates.

Rapid Delivery Timelines in Southeast Asia

The results of this standardized, factory-driven model are reflected in DayOne's delivery timelines. The company states that it can deliver data center projects in eight to twelve months in Southeast Asia, significantly accelerating the deployment of digital infrastructure capacity for customers.

The NVIDIA DSX POD reference design, which DayOne will support when available, is intended to accelerate infrastructure deployment by aligning compute, power, and cooling.

For DayOne, participation in the ecosystem reinforces its positioning as a gigawatt-scale operator working closely with NVIDIA on the development of its modular data center platforms, with the stated aim of ensuring its infrastructure remains ready for current and future generations of GPU technologies.

Where Will the Next Hyperscale Data Center Rise, and Will You Know First?

Hyperscalers, colocation providers, and telecom operators are racing to secure land, power, and subsea cable connectivity across global markets from Singapore and Johor to Tokyo, Mumbai, and Sydney. In a sector where a single construction decision can shift regional capacity by hundreds of megawatts, waiting for quarterly reports means watching competitors lock in the best sites first.

The Global Project Tracking (GPT) platform by Blackridge Research gives developers, investors, contractors, and equipment suppliers a live view of the data center pipeline across the region, from early-stage announcements to grid connections and go-live dates, so your strategy is built on verified intelligence, not guesswork.

Whether you're targeting power availability, tracking fiber routes, or sizing up demand hotspots, the platform surfaces the projects and decision-makers that matter to your growth plan.
