Cadeler Signs EUR 500 Million Offshore Wind Installation Contracts
Cadeler announced the signing of two firm contracts for the full-scope transportation and installation of offshore wind turbines and their foundations for an upcoming offshore wind farm development. The combined value of the contracts is projected to be approximately EUR 500 million.
Contract Timeline and Execution
The foundations transportation and installation campaign is set to commence in early 2029 and will be executed using one of Cadeler's newbuild A-class vessels. This represents the third full-scope foundation T&I campaign for Cadeler, reinforcing the company's position as a full-service provider in the foundation transportation and installation space.
The turbine installation scope is scheduled to begin in early 2030 and will be carried out by one of Cadeler's O-class jack-up vessels. Completion of the turbine installation is expected by late 2030.

Contract Terms and Conditions
Both contracts are subject to the client's investment decision in the project. Should the client be unable to proceed with the project, the agreements may be terminated, subject to a termination fee. The announcement was made on November 10, 2025, in Copenhagen.
Fleet Capabilities and Strategic Position
Cadeler operates a fleet of nine wind installation vessels, with three additional vessels currently under construction. This fleet capacity supports the company's ability to deliver flexibility, efficiency, and innovative solutions required to execute increasingly complex offshore wind projects.
