Recent Project Completions and Future Plans

Last month, Bondada Engineering announced the commissioning of 78.3 MW of solar power projects for leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs), including NLC, Paradigm IT, and Mahagenco. These projects were completed across multiple locations in Hingoli, Dhule, and Pathardi in Maharashtra, Neyveli in Tamil Nadu, and Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh.

In May 2025, the company secured a significantly larger INR 9,000 crore project to develop 2,600 MWp of solar power projects in Andhra Pradesh. This major contract represents one of the company's most substantial undertakings in the renewable energy sector.

The Andhra Pradesh project is planned to be rolled out in phases from FY2026 to FY2028. The implementation schedule includes 250 MW in the first year, 750 MW in the second year, and 1,000 MW in the third year. Starting from FY2029, Bondada Engineering expects to generate annual revenue of INR 1,160 crore from its Independent Power Producer (IPP) operations.

Khavda Renewable Energy Park Development

The Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, where the current 650 MW solar project will be implemented, represents part of India's expanding renewable energy infrastructure. The park serves as a site for large-scale solar power generation projects, and this Bondada Engineering contract contributes to the facility's overall development.

The Balance of System components that Bondada Engineering will supply and install are critical to solar power projects, encompassing all supporting infrastructure and equipment needed for the solar panels to function effectively and deliver power to the grid. This includes electrical components, mounting systems, monitoring equipment, and other essential infrastructure elements.

The one-year project timeline for completion indicates the scale and complexity of the 650 MW installation, requiring coordinated efforts across the design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation phases. The comprehensive nature of the contract, covering both supply and installation services, positions Bondada Engineering as a complete solutions provider for large-scale solar projects.
