Bitdeer AI, the AI neocloud service provider and preferred NVIDIA Cloud Partner that is part of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR), announced on Oct. 12, 2026, that it has entered into an 8-year data center services agreement for A103, a 60 MW AI Cloud data center facility. The facility will sit on the same Cyberjaya, Malaysia, campus as the company's existing A101 and A102 facilities.

A103 is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA systems, including the next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. Energization of the facility is expected in the first quarter of 2028.

Leveraging Existing Campus Infrastructure

Because A103 is located on the existing Cyberjaya campus, Bitdeer AI said it can leverage established power, liquid cooling, and networking infrastructure already in place, shortening the path to energization. With the addition of A103, the Cyberjaya campus will represent approximately 71.5 MW of AI cloud data center capacity across the A101, A102, and A103 facilities.

Michael G. Potter, Chief Financial Officer of Bitdeer Technologies Group, said the addition of the facility means the company benefits from infrastructure already on the campus, improving its time-to-market. He added that A103 is also built for the Vera Rubin generation, which he described as the capacity customers are asking about for 2028.

Nearing the 350 MW Global Capacity Target

With A103 included, Bitdeer AI's secured AI Cloud data center capacity is defined as capacity owned or under an executed data center services agreement, totaling approximately 333.5 MW across facilities in Malaysia, Norway, and the United States. That figure represents approximately 95% of the company's target of up to 350MW of AI-ready data center capacity to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028.

The company's data center network spans the United States, Norway, Bhutan, Canada, and Malaysia, according to the announcement.

Strong Demand and a USD 10 Billion Pipeline

Bitdeer AI said demand for uncontracted capacity across its AI Cloud sites remains strong and that its active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity is estimated to exceed USD 10 billion. The company characterized the pipeline figure as management's estimate of the aggregate potential contract value.

Potter said the company has now secured approximately 95% of its up-to-350 MW target with the addition of the A103 facility.

No Offtake Commitments Yet for A103

The company noted that no offtake commitments have been entered into with respect to A103 capacity as of the date. The company cautioned that there can be no assurance commercial discussions relating to A103 will result in executed contracts, that any such contracts will be executed on the expected timeline or ahead of energization, or that they will be on terms comparable to those previously announced by Bitdeer Technologies Group. Prior contract terms, including those announced for the A102 and A201 facilities, may not be indicative of future results.

The company also cautioned there can be no assurance it will secure the remaining capacity required to reach its up-to-350 MW target, or that capacity secured under its data center services agreements will be developed, delivered or energized on the expected timeline.
