Serentica Renewables has signed an agreement to supply 75 MW of hybrid renewable energy to INOX Air Products (INOXAP), India's largest manufacturer of industrial gases. This partnership aims to accelerate INOXAP's decarbonization journey and contribute to India's net-zero ambitions. The agreement, which was announced on May 5, 2025, will see Serentica Renewables provide hybrid renewable energy to four of INOXAP's key manufacturing sites located in different states.

The hybrid renewable energy will be supplied through an Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) project, enabling competitive tariffs and flexible power usage across multiple locations. According to Serentica Renewables, this project represents a significant milestone in its growth journey as it expands its clean energy solutions beyond state borders. The company's hybrid renewable solutions integrate wind, solar, and storage assets to ensure 24X7, reliable clean power delivery.
