Princeton Digital Group Breaks Ground on $1 Billion, 120 MW Data Center Campus in Greater Jakarta
Princeton Digital Group (PDG), Asia Pacific's leading data center provider, broke ground on November 19, 2025, on its 120 MW AI-ready hyperscale data center campus at Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) in Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta. The JC3 campus represents a USD 1 billion investment and is among Indonesia's largest and most advanced data center facilities.
Campus Location and Infrastructure
The JC3 campus is located 25 kilometers from PDG's JC2 campus in Cibitung. The facility will feature dual-grid power feeds from PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero), with full power capacity already contracted. The carrier-neutral facility will offer multiple fiber routes to Jakarta's core network ecosystem and key internet exchanges, enabling seamless connections for customers.
The campus is purpose-built for hyperscale and AI workloads, incorporating modular construction for scalability and speed. It features advanced direct-to-chip cooling and can also provide conventional cooling.
Development Timeline and Capacity
The project is fast-tracked for delivery, with the first phase planned to be ready for service by Q4 2026. With the addition of the new JC3 campus, PDG's total capacity in Indonesia will reach approximately 230 MW, reinforcing its position as one of the largest and most trusted data center operators in the country.

Sustainability and Environmental Features
In alignment with PDG's Net Zero 2030 commitment, the JC3 campus will leverage renewable energy sources and is targeting LEED certification. Building on the success of JC2, Indonesia's first data center powered by biomass, JC3 advances this commitment through next-generation liquid cooling, enabling high-density workloads while enhancing energy efficiency and environmental performance.
The design underscores PDG's dedication to building and operating sustainable and reliable digital infrastructure. The advanced cooling systems are specifically designed to support high-density workloads while improving energy efficiency and environmental performance.
Company Leadership and Strategic Vision
“Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing digital economies in Asia Pacific, and we remain deeply committed to supporting its continued growth,” said Varoon Raghavan, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of PDG. “Backed by a proven track record of delivery excellence across the region, our JC3 campus is purpose-built to provide the scale, performance, and sustainability our global and local customers require as cloud and AI workloads accelerate.”
Princeton Digital Group is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in Singapore, Japan, India, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, and South Korea. Its portfolio of data centers powers the expansion of hyperscalers and enterprises in the fastest-growing digital economies across Asia Pacific.
