Power Grid Corporation has been declared a successful bidder under Tariff Competitive Bidding to build an inter-state transmission system for "transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase-Ill Part D Phase l" on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis. Power Grid Corporation received its letter of intent yesterday, which was issued on December 29, 2023.
