INNOSPACE announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Madari Space for joint construction and commercialization cooperation of a UAE space data center at the Dubai Airshow, currently being held in the United Arab Emirates.

Strategic Partnership Agreement

The South Korean space company INNOSPACE signed an MOU with Madari Space on November 19, 2025, during the Dubai Airshow, which took place from November 17-21. Through this agreement, both companies will jointly explore new space business areas focused on the Korean and UAE markets, including space data center construction, launch, and satellite operation-linked service development, and related commercialization opportunities.

The two companies will jointly identify launch service opportunities that reflect global space technology demand and market conditions, while reviewing technology integration plans and business models together. The collaboration aims explicitly to combine INNOSPACE's integrated service system capabilities in system development, component/system environmental testing, launch services, and data transmission services with Madari Space's expertise in space data center development.

Madari Space is a space data center development startup headquartered in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The company is developing space data centers that combine high-capacity data storage technology with satellite-based high-performance computing to provide security, reliability, and AI solution-based data services to users worldwide.

The startup is supported by the Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF), established by the UAE Ministry of Finance, and is building next-generation data storage and processing infrastructure operating in low Earth orbit (LEO). Madari Space is collaborating with the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) and the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) to pursue a low Earth orbit test launch of a space data center pilot system in 2026.
